Q: What do I do if I left my credit card and/or ID at the Complex?
A: Credit cards and ID’s may be picked up during normal business hours at the Complex, Thursday through Saturday from 7pm to 2:30am. Sunday through Wednesday these items may be picked up at Park Street Cantina located at 491 Park Street between the hours of 4pm and 2:30am.
Q: I have a $30.01 pending charge on my bank account, what is that for?
A: In order to open any bar tab we must first run a pre-authorization charge to verify the card is valid. The $30.01 pre-auth charge is standard across all of our venues and reflects the average tab amount. This charge is NEVER deducted from your bank account and typically falls off your pending charges within 1 to 3 business days depending on your banking establishment.
